At Darlinghurst Dermatology Skin & Laser Clinic we aim to deliver your skincare products and order as outlined below. We ship our skincare range with as follows:
Postage within Australia
- Flat fee up to 3kg $12.00 including GST
- Fastway Couriers within three (3) business days to most areas
- Australia Post Express to remote or out of zone areas
International Postage (countries outside Australia)
- International Parcels are sent by International Express Courier Post as a preference.
- Prices vary depending on weight and destination.

Our satisfaction is of primary importance to our patients and customers. If any of our products cause you dissatisfaction, please contact us at Dermatology Associates on 1800 814 669.
We will need to assess returns of our skincare products on an individual, case-by case basis to determine your return. You can return the unused portion of a Dermatology Associates product for a refund, less delivery charges. The product's unused proportion remaining must be 50% or more.
Please note that in order to keep our prices low we cannot accept returns for an incorrect colour choice on any tinted products. If you are unsure which colour is best for you to contact Dermatology Associates on 1800 814 669.
If there is a postage or handling issue upon receiving your order you must notify us within five (5) days from receipt of delivery.

All pieces, parts and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
Please include a copy of your invoice with your return. Please retain your postal receipt from Australia Post as we will ask to see this if we fail to receive your return package.
Returns will be processed within 5 - 7 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
